Your hotel room is generally available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. Guests staying at Residence Grünwald may use their apartment until 10.00 am on departure day. If you expect to arrive after 7.00 pm, please let us know.

Your booking becomes binding once we receive a written reservation by email, via the booking form or through our online booking system. After receiving your reservation and deposit payment, we will send you written confirmation of your booking.

Yes. A deposit is required for every booking. Payment must be made within 72 hours of our request and will, of course, be deducted from your final hotel bill.

Cancellations are subject to the applicable statutory provisions in Italy. Depending on when you cancel, the following cancellation charges apply:

• Up to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
• Up to 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
• Less than 8 days before arrival or in the event of early departure: 70% of the total price

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are financially protected in the event of an unexpected cancellation.

You can settle your bill conveniently in cash up to the maximum amount permitted by law, by debit card, Visa or Mastercard. Bank transfer is also possible.

We will gladly take your preferences into account wherever possible. However, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee a particular room number, floor or location within the same room category.

We provide two charging stations for electric vehicles with Type 2 connectors. This means you can conveniently charge the batteries of all commonly used electric vehicles at the hotel’s own charging stations. Naturally, using 100% green energy from South Tyrol!
